Job Summary

Join a highly collaborative Lincolnshire highways design team delivering highway projects for Lincolnshire County Council. Own projects from conception through construction, leading the design process, coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs, and managing resources to meet fluctuating workloads. Work with clients and design teams to produce compliant designs on time and within budget, aligned to H&S, CDM, QA, and technical review requirements, including site attendance to gather information and supervise schemes.

•Deliver compliant designs on time and within budget, meeting H&S, CDM, QA, and technical review requirements.
•Attend sites to gather information and supervise schemes.

Key Requirements

•Experience undertaking feasibility studies, design, maintenance, and supervision of highways-related projects.
•Experience leading the design, management, and inspection of Highway Structures maintenance projects.
•Knowledge of highway construction and delivery methods.
•Knowledge of Construction Design Management 2015 and associated duties.
•Excellent working knowledge of Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) standards and the Specification for Highway Works.
