Lead end-to-end execution of complex, high-impact business workstreams, translating enterprise direction into executable plans, governance, and delivery roadmaps. Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Finance, resolving ambiguity and execution risks to maintain quality and momentum. Develop executive-level analyses, insights, dashboards, and materials to support decision-making and performance reviews, while advising and mentoring junior teammates.
