Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate approved creative direction into photographic execution to accurately bring the visual concept to life.
  • •Lead photography across campaigns, product, e-commerce, social, and other creative productions while maintaining creative and technical standards.
  • •Own the photography workflow from captured assets through selects, post-production, quality control, final exports, and delivery.
  • •Oversee internal and external retouching and post-production workflows, managing feedback, revisions, approvals, and timelines.
  • •Manage photography standards, studio equipment and infrastructure, asset management, organization/versioning, and final delivery across regional markets.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional experience in commercial photography, including a senior photographer, photography lead, or photography management role.

  • •Proven ability to translate creative direction into high-quality photographic execution across multiple channels.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading photographers, post-production artists, retouchers, or other creative specialists.
  • •Strong knowledge of post-production, retouching, color management, quality control, and final asset preparation.
