Key Responsibilities

•Support the Site Management Team by performing duties related to planning, directing, and coordinating programmatic and operational activities of the SMASH Academy.
•Develop and manage site program calendars, including communicating updates and ensuring completion of site deliverables (e.g., attendance, surveys, inventory).
•Respond to inquiries from scholars, families, staff, University contacts and SMASH National Office while classes are in session; collaborate with Communications on video/media projects.
•Establish and maintain professional relationships with scholars; serve as a role model and handle COVID-19 related protocols per guidelines.
•Lead logistics for workshops and events and coordinate with Development and Communications for site tours.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of one year of administrative or relevant experience.
•Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Email, Forms) and Zoom.
•Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
•Strong attention to detail, prompt responsiveness and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule to attend events during evenings and/or weekends.
