Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Market Delivery and Technology Account Management individual contributors.
•Personally manage selected strategic customers, complex implementations, and high-visibility initiatives as an individual contributor.
•Oversee end-to-end delivery of onboarding and implementation initiatives, balancing capacity and removing obstacles to meet commitments.
•Provide technical and consultative guidance to the team and advise key customers on Mastercard solutions and the payments ecosystem.
•Monitor team KPIs and governance routines, manage escalations and incidents, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and playbooks.

Key Requirements

•Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on market delivery and technology account management, setting priorities and performance objectives aligned to customer needs.
•Own delivery governance for customer onboarding and implementations, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer-impacting issues are clearly managed.
•Provide technical and consultative guidance on Mastercard solutions and the payments ecosystem, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
•Serve as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for complex customer inquiries, major incidents, and delivery risks.
•Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and internal delivery practices to support consistent execution.
