Production Manager Trainee

Develop comprehensive knowledge of plant operations and manufacturing processes through close mentorship and on-the-job training. Learn panel and lumber grades, lumber math, material utilization, cuts and yields, and production scheduling. Build understanding of product costing, budgeting and expense control, continuous improvement, efficiency standards, and safety. Supervise activities aligned with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, and operate the business system to complete administrative functions.
