Robotics Planning Engineer

Develop high-level autonomy systems that coordinate fleets of autonomous haul trucks in mining environments. Own motion planning, coordination planning, and fleet planning algorithms that decide where and when trucks move while avoiding collisions and maximizing throughput. Build simulation and visualization tools to validate planning performance, optimize for real-time execution, and collaborate with controls engineers to ensure planned paths are executable in production deployments.
