Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist PI engineers with coordinating and troubleshooting daily line issues, including disposition of line deviations and engineering job submissions for analysis.
  • •Support inline inspection and coordinate non-routine metro/RDA inspections on R&D experiments.
  • •Extract, analyze, and summarize data from SWR and conversion experiments in report format, and make recommendations to engineering based on findings.
  • •Manage wafer shipment logistics between fabs (swap lots and fab-to-fab offloads) for technology transfer and yield learning.
  • •Monitor and publish updates for priority/WIP lot movements and monitor inline/probe/final parametric indices to trigger first-level investigations; use Micron systems for routine operational tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or equivalent background.
  • •Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • •Solid understanding of SPC, SWR, QDR, Micron Central and Klarity.
  • •Proven ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and communicate effectively (written and verbal).
  • •Basic knowledge of fabrication process areas (e.g., Photo, Dry Etch, Diffusion, CVD, Wet Etch, Plating, Implant, PVD, CMP) and ability to work with minimal supervision.
