Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist team members with detailed insights across portfolio management topics and take ownership of specific task areas after onboarding.
  • •Support operational real estate decisions and actively manage one of Europe’s largest institutional real estate portfolios.
  • •Contribute to portfolio analysis, including in interdisciplinary and/or international projects.
  • •Help prepare presentations and decision documents for internal and external stakeholders, including data-driven preparation of portfolio and performance information.
  • •Participate in (partial) projects to develop digital work and analysis processes using Business Intelligence, automation, and AI solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s studies in economics or a related field, ideally with a real estate focus, with a completed bachelor’s degree.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including structured data preparation and professional presentations.
  • •First practical experience with or strong interest in modern digital solutions—especially Business Intelligence tools like Power BI—plus automation/programming for Office applications and responsible use of AI tools.
  • •Self-driven, quick to learn, and able to work in a structured and responsible manner.
  • •Very good German and English skills in written and spoken form.
