Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the store meets revenue, KPI and profitability targets through effective short- and long-term planning, cost control and first-class service
  • •Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction within the store according to Puma values and service standards
  • •Oversee accurate execution of sales, exchanges, refunds and discounts at the cash register while ensuring Discount Policy & Procedures are followed
  • •Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, development and succession planning and in preparing and managing team performance appraisals
  • •Understand customer analysis, identify trends and competitive information to drive the business with the Store Manager
