Job Summary

Work within the Air Quality team delivering air quality assessment and monitoring, including dispersion modelling (ADMS/ADMS-Roads) and the design of ambient monitoring plans. Contribute to bids by preparing quotes and tenders, manage projects across budget, programme and scope, and collaborate with internal/external clients and Local Authorities. Analyse and collate data, write clear reports, and support business development for the team at senior/principal grade.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce dispersion modelling (primarily using ADMS and ADMS-Roads).
•Design and implement ambient air quality monitoring plans using passive and automatic techniques.
•Support bid submissions by preparing quotes and tenders.
•Manage projects to budget, programme and scope.
•Liaise with internal/external clients, project teams and Local Authorities; collate/analyse data and write reports.

Key Requirements

•Good numerical skills.
•A degree in a scientific discipline.
•Ability to work within a team.
•Excellent oral and written communication and IT skills, including the ability to write clear, concise reports/proposals.
•Experience of project management, supervision and quality assurance of air quality work packages, and a strong understanding of relevant air quality legislation, policy, technical guidance, and industry standards and best practice.
