Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Build durable relationships with partner SEs, partner engineering, and partner sales leaders at key ISVs and act as the SE counterpart to partner sales managers in joint opportunities.
•Support the partner sales team with demo environments, partner enablement, architecture reviews, and deal-level technical support across ISV and SI motions.
•Run technical evangelism inside partner organizations (joint demos, reference architectures, joint field activity) to position as the default CDP and Agentic Marketing partner.
•Gather technical feedback from the field and translate it into prioritized input for Product and Engineering to tighten joint positioning and GTM.
•Project-manage partner-driven product items end to end, from problem statement to shipped changes, working with Product, Engineering, and Partner Marketing.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 154,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner SE, or Solutions Architecture.
•SQL fluency with hands-on experience in Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
•Proven ability to influence deals, adoption, or product direction through partners.
•Excellent communication across data engineers, PMs, partner SEs, and executives.
•Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for partner and customer engagements.
