Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct supplier recovery efforts by developing and executing corrective action plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely closure.
  • •Serve as the primary supply chain focal point within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for material and supplier strategies tied to program execution and customer deliverables.
  • •Establish and maintain procurement processes aligned with corporate and division procedures and training.
  • •Monitor supplier performance metrics (e.g., Past Due, OTD, DPPM) and address gaps via tactical strategies and focus supplier recovery plans.
  • •Drive systemic operational procurement improvements using procurement and materials tools and align priorities through supply chain data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in supply chain management.

  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI will be considered (active-duty military exempt).
