Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, review, approve, and implement PCBA test plans and processes aligned with worldwide test requirements.
  • •Support Vietnam PCBA factories with data mining to reflect factory reality, and drive continuous improvement in FPY.
  • •Manage PCBA factory test execution and collaborate with teams to meet worldwide PCBA test goals, including reporting (e.g., NUDD, DFT, HSR, 5C).
  • •Ensure test designs meet manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability; identify and resolve program support deficiencies with corrective actions.
  • •Perform benchmarking, testing, and analysis across development phases; lead root-cause analysis and coach local PCBA test teams to improve test technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years of related experience in PCBA/ICT test engineering with a bachelor’s degree.
  • •Advanced understanding of system architectures and deep knowledge of hardware/software interactions to resolve issues.
  • •Coding experience (e.g., Python).
  • •Strong communication in English and Vietnamese.
  • •Able to be based at the ODM site as requested.
