Manage customer projects to ensure contract fulfillment, owning the operational plan, schedule, cost control, and resource coordination. Monitor progress versus the project plan, resolve operational issues to minimize delays, and oversee site supervision through commissioning and start-up. Coordinate internal teams and manage outside contractors, including troubleshooting during the warranty period, while ensuring successful delivery of technical requirements.
