Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, and manage the strategic visual merchandising plan, including category plans, investments, and in-store communication, ensuring global and regional visual standards.
  • •Communicate and manage new projects with the region, providing suggestions and progress/results updates.
  • •Contribute to semiannual/annual campaign calendar planning for point-of-sale, ensuring local commercial objectives are met.
  • •Participate in future purchasing planning to ensure correct product distribution in-store and support sales and return goals.
  • •Plan the area budget, define projects and investments, monitor and control execution, and manage strategic partner relationships to increase traffic and conversion.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional background in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Marketing or related fields, with 4–6 years of experience in similar roles.
  • •Experience leading teams.
  • •Advanced English.
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD (SketchUp is desirable).
