Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Talent Engineering organization across a portfolio of customer-facing products, making tradeoffs across customer needs, product priorities, and engineering investment.
  • •Coach and develop engineering managers and senior leaders, raising the bar for leadership, execution, and organizational health.
  • •Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for Lattice customers while enabling a rapid pace of product development.
  • •Partner with Product and Design to define, plan, and prioritize product strategy and roadmap that translates into customer outcomes.
  • •Scale systems, processes, and organizational practices that help multiple teams plan, deliver reliably, and learn quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering management experience, including at least 5 years leading an engineering organization composed of multiple teams and multiple layers of leadership.
  • •Experience managing engineering investment across a portfolio of products, making thoughtful tradeoffs when resources are constrained.
  • •A history of shipping high-quality products where quality, trust, reliability, and scalability are essential to customer success.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop engineering leaders, including both individual contributors and managers.
  • •Strong communication and executive presence to influence decisions across Engineering, Product, Design, and company leadership.
