Retail Store Manager

Lead day-to-day retail store performance by driving the PUMA sales culture, coaching a team, and ensuring training programs are executed. Own store sales and KPI targets through customer service excellence, expense control, and medium-to-long-term strategies. Manage inventory intake/outflow, physical counts, Loss Prevention rules, and VM standards. Analyze customer and sales trends, provide feedback to the Area Manager, and execute marketing initiatives and events within budget.
