Customer Experience Banker

Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. You’ll provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and educate customers on deposit and lending products. Using a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referrals, you’ll identify customer goals and recommend appropriate banking solutions. You’ll also follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
