Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Act as a trusted first point of escalation for employee relations, conducting preliminary assessments and supporting progressive discipline and workplace investigations.
  • •Drive process improvements and automation/AI initiatives across offboarding and employee relations, and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS platform.
