Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in new product introductions and early learning shipments, resolving critical long-term customer issues with upper management and identifying special projects.
  • •Own product hardware performance at a specific customer and provide third-level escalation for hardware and software stability issues.
  • •Drive failure analysis to identify long-term technical issues, define resolution plans, and develop design changes to correct issues.
  • •Provide Alpha and Beta site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, process, or software designs (in-house or on engineering tools; and on customer tools).
  • •Generate system performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTBI, availability), support ECO reviews and documentation (CENs, BKMs), ensure field implementation, and organize on-site training for early learning shipments and new product introductions.
