Key Responsibilities

•Oversee administrative leadership for the Field Services Division, including daily workflows, staff scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure adherence to safety and organizational standards.
•Coordinate planning, organizing, and reporting activities; develop daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals and schedules for assigned personnel.
•Manage resource and asset tracking, including vehicles, equipment, and supplies, and ensure inventory accuracy and readiness.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements; support audits and maintenance of administrative records.
•Act as Incident Insurance Resource Commander (IRC) when qualified, and serve as liaison between field operations and incident management teams during wildfire responses.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Emergency/Incident Management, or Logistics (preferred) with leadership experience managing large teams in complex environments.
•Minimum of five years’ leadership experience overseeing large, diverse teams across logistics, personnel management, and incident response.
•Demonstrated ability to apply Incident Command System (ICS) and National Incident Management System (NIMS) principles; prior incident management qualifications are highly preferred.
•Strong organizational, prioritization, and risk management skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and ensure safety compliance.
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Power Apps for data entry, reporting, and workflow management.
