Provide efficient, accurate completion of customer transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds. Deliver a high-quality client experience by understanding financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound outreach and integrated relationship management. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
