Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise crane & rigging field crews and oversee construction and maintenance activities across multiple active sites.
  • •Ensure site compliance with local/state codes and company standards while enforcing all safety policies.
  • •Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across sites.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex crane & rigging issues, reviewing drawings, schematics, and scope of work to ensure accurate execution.
  • •Track daily progress, time, and production; submit field reports and mentor foremen to maintain craftsmanship standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Active NCCER or NCCCO certification is required.
  • •Strong knowledge of oilfield crane & rigging.
  • •Extensive experience in oil and gas environments, with proven leadership and crew management skills.
  • •Strong understanding of jobsite safety and regulatory compliance.
  • •Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics; strong computer skills for daily reporting, scheduling, email, and tablets are preferred.
