Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

Provide maintenance and repair for customer and company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues using EquipmentShare’s technology. Create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and maintain daily documentation. Support lower-level technicians as needed and assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery. When required, travel to customer job sites for repairs and keep service vehicles clean and professional.
