Job Summary

Define and execute the P&T operational systems vision, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap across Ports and Terminals. Lead enterprise architecture standards and governance for operational technology platforms, integrations, software applications, and digital solutions. Drive global integration, go-lives, change management, vendor and partner selection, and business case translation, while championing innovation through INNOGATE and improving utilization and performance across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain P&T strategy and multi-year operational systems roadmaps for operational systems and software platforms.
•Define long-term target architecture, digital transformation roadmap, and implementation strategies for new systems, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement.
•Establish governance frameworks, enterprise architecture principles, and technology standards to ensure scalability, interoperability, standardization, and lifecycle management.
•Oversee global integration and successful go-live of in-house Ports & Terminals systems, while managing organizational change, adoption, and user readiness.
•Lead vendor/technology partner evaluation and selection and govern contractual relationships, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, privacy, reliability, and business continuity requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Technology Management, Computer Science or related field; master’s degree (MBA, Technology Management, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent) preferred.
•15+ years of experience in terminal operations, enterprise software, operational systems, digital transformation, or technology leadership roles.
•8+ years in senior leadership positions managing large-scale technology portfolios and transformation programs.
•Proven experience defining technology strategy, roadmaps, architecture, and implementation plans for complex operational environments, including enterprise-wide software implementations.
•Strong understanding of operational technology platforms, enterprise applications, integration architectures, cloud technologies, and data platforms, with experience in terminal automation and modes of operation (ASC/RTG/RMG/SC).
