Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and actively manage day-to-day product development timelines across new products, color/size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes, ensuring the 16-week cycle target.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and vendors so stakeholders stay aligned on status, dependencies, and next steps.
  • •Ensure accurate, complete product documentation (spec sheets, build documentation, testing requirements, fit inputs) is ready for vendor handoff and correctly understood.
  • •Coordinate and track sample requests, shipments, inbound reviews, fit requests, and revisions to keep sample rounds and turnaround targets on track.
  • •Facilitate timely product reviews and approvals by tracking testing requests/results and communicating outcomes clearly across stakeholders; run in-country development trips as needed.
