  • •Operate on a coating line across workstations (face unwind, liner unwind, die, main console/winder, quality lab).
  • •Lead machine set ups and changeovers, coordinating PMs and making decisions on machine adjustments.
  • •Load raw materials, control machine cycles, run tests, and check products against required standards.
  • •Monitor process controls (meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures) and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • •Maintain production records, report malfunctions, make minor repairs, support safety/quality/continuous improvement, and assist with housekeeping and waste removal.
