Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based inpatient nursing care in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
  • •Deliver quality patient care with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
  • •Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
  • •Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment guided by nursing leadership.
