Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the marketing site end to end in Framer, including CMS collections, dynamic content, responsive behavior, and interaction states.
  • •Design product UI against the design system, taking concepts through to polished, buildable specs with engineers.
  • •Define motion and interaction details such as animation, loading/empty states, transitions, and finished-product polish.
  • •Create and shape new UI surfaces without existing patterns, including visualizing a Context Graph (nodes and edges).
  • •Shape the design system by defining components and patterns everyone else can build on; implement quality decisions in collaboration with engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 70,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Show strong visual instincts and product thinking through a portfolio spanning web, marketing, and product.
  • •Proficiency with Framer, including CMS collections and dynamic content creation.
  • •Ability to work within and extend a design system by reusing patterns and defining new components when needed.
  • •Comfort around code to open pull requests and adjust components or spacing using Cursor (hands-on when helpful).
  • •Treat AI tooling as core to the workflow, using it to explore variants and generate practical specs quickly.
