Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Country CEO and CIB Head of Banking with strategic and operational business management.
  • •Drive and support core CIB performance routines (e.g., QBRs, performance reviews), including insight generation, materials, actions, and follow-through.
  • •Coordinate annual Country Strategic Execution Plan updates aligned to Group/Global/Regional strategy teams and templates.
  • •Track delivery of strategic objectives and initiatives, proactively surfacing risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions/escalations.
  • •Enable governance rhythms and deliver CEO scorecard reporting, supporting ExCo/Board calendars and decision-making with Company Secretariat.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in business management, strategy, COO/Chief of Staff, or executive office roles within banking/financial services.
  • •Ability to produce executive-ready materials (packs, presentations, proposal papers) that synthesize complex insights into clear recommendations.
  • •Strong analytical capability in performance reporting and peer/competitor analysis with structured problem-solving.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, translating strategy into concise, audience-appropriate messaging for leaders and colleagues.
  • •Ability to operate under ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver at pace with an outcomes-focused, risk-based mindset.
