Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
  • •Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals, then translate requirements into AI workflows and implementation plans.
  • •Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
  • •Integrate Retell with customer systems, troubleshoot issues across integrations, APIs, webhooks, telephony, authentication, and production deployments.
  • •Run demos and technical working sessions; partner with Product and Engineering to resolve issues, track risks, and help customers test, iterate, and optimize before and after launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in both English and Mandarin to work directly with customers and teams across different markets.
  • •Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment/implementation, customer success engineering, product management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • •Comfort working with APIs, technical integrations, and software systems.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Ownership mindset: stay engaged until problems are solved and deployments are successful.
