Job Summary

Drive growth with Thumbtack’s key Demand API partners by owning partner portfolio strategy, setting goals and KPIs, and ensuring partners meet and exceed business outcomes. Partner with internal leaders to accelerate product adoption, run co-selling and co-marketing programs, and implement best practices that improve conversion and performance. Serve as the technical liaison for API and integration guidance while collaborating cross-functionally on GTM strategy and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate and strategically manage a portfolio of Demand API partners to drive year-over-year net retention growth.
•Partner with partnership leads to identify opportunities that accelerate product adoption, enhance net retention, and drive revenue growth.
•Lead co-selling and co-marketing programs, including training for partners and internal sales, to execute win-win GTM strategies.
•Define and manage partner relationships using clear goals, KPIs, and actionable initiatives to ensure mutual success.
•Serve as a technical liaison by providing API and integration guidance to partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships, Business Development, or strategic Consulting.
•Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong, lasting partner relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive mutual value.
•A track record of successfully managing a portfolio of accounts and meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs.
•Essential proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage partner interactions and data.
•A genuine passion for technology and a proactive learning/growth mindset.
