Key Responsibilities

  • •As CTO, lead the technical vision and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders toward shared innovation goals.
  • •Collaborate with COO, CISO, CEO, and cyber/enterprise risk to deliver reliable, secure cyber security solutions.
  • •Manage cross-functional teams and expand, support, and mentor engineering and sales teams within an integrated development model.
  • •Develop and align technical aspects of company strategy with business goals; translate strategy into an actionable roadmap.
  • •Monitor KPIs, use stakeholder feedback and data insights to improve product and technology performance, scalability, and operations excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually
