New Product Introduction Engineer

Create cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing solutions across the product lifecycle by driving component, supplier, and product qualifications. Execute test and troubleshooting to debug defective units and validate testing parameters, then implement product/process changes to reduce defects and lower costs. Partner with R&D, engineering, and operations to initiate design improvements, support continuous improvement, and maintain reporting and stakeholder alignment.
