Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding customer service and provide product guidance to address queries about products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
  • •Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs and demonstrate usage and benefits of brands and products.
  • •Generate sales by achieving line and store sales targets using makeup knowledge, including sell-out target tracking.
  • •Support counter operations including cleanliness, grooming standards, merchandising, and handling new launches and promotions.
  • •Manage stock activities including replenishment, stock receipt procedures, and reporting stock shortages.
