Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports, translating TA data into actionable insights for regional and global stakeholders.
  • •Use AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency, automate data workflows, and identify trends across recruiting pipelines.
  • •Partner with recruiters on proactive sourcing strategies and support evaluation and implementation of new TA tools.
  • •Support TD Director-led strategic projects focused on process improvement and TA landscape transformation.
  • •Coordinate and moderate internal events and team initiatives, applying structured analysis to complex talent data and business processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, or Communications.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) for communicating with regional and global stakeholders.
  • •Strong interest in data/reporting and dashboards, with an ability to turn numbers into clear narratives.
  • •Proficiency with AI tools for reporting, data analysis, and productivity workflows.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel with strong command of PowerPoint and Word; experience or curiosity with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
