Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with retail and business customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person/virtual engagement. Assess customers’ banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions while maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital and self-service tools. Deliver consistent client experiences, process basic transactions, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.

•Engage customers through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel based on their needs and goals.

•Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services, including emerging and self-service digital products, and make appropriate recommendations.
•Provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients and processing basic transactions; open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
