Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage purchase orders and coordinate suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials, components, and services.
  • •Follow up on supplier deliveries, shortages, backorders, and quality issues to support production requirements.
  • •Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment activities, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and corrective actions.
  • •Support production scheduling and release, track, and monitor work orders while communicating schedule updates as needed.
  • •Maintain ERP system data (item masters, BOMs, routings, lead times, planning parameters) and generate/analyze inventory, purchasing, production, and supplier performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain.
  • •Experience using ERP/MRP systems and supporting inventory management, purchasing, and production scheduling.
  • •SCMP coursework or APICS certification considered an asset.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) with strong reporting and data analysis ability.
