Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy, growth, and operational performance of the global crypto exchange business across B2C and B2B2C offerings.
  • •Build and execute license strategies and ensure a flawless compliance record, including oversight of financial and regulatory audits.
  • •Define product direction (new features, add coins/chains/licenses) and improve UI/UX for the Trading API while supporting Broker API for B2B prospects.
  • •Scale operational tooling (24/7 multi-currency banking, stablecoin on/off-ramp, internal market making, reconciliation and rebalancing).
  • •Manage vendor relationships and lead growth/commercial initiatives, including prospecting, presales solutioning, go-to-market materials, and reporting via dashboards and AI status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in crypto exchanges, brokerages, or regulated trading venues, including 3+ years owning a business line rather than a function.
  • •Experience with VASP, MSB, or equivalent licensing regimes, including regulatory examinations.
  • •Working knowledge of exchange mechanics such as order books, matching, market making, margin systems, and liquidations.
  • •Hands-on understanding of crypto operations including custody architecture, hot/cold wallet policy, reconciliation, treasury rebalancing, and on-chain settlement.
  • •Experience selling and solutioning B2B infrastructure to institutional counterparties, including technical integration conversations without an engineer present.
