Define CI/CD quality gating, consolidate fragmented workflows across Native Infra, Cross Platform, and DevX, and codify mobile testing standards with shared quality signals that product teams rely on.

Key Responsibilities

•Own mobile development tooling by leading the architecture and roadmap for simulator/emulator setup, device orchestration, and CLI tools across iOS and Android.
•Design and evolve the mobile test automation framework for synthetic and integration testing across platforms, scoping issues across teams and delivering multi-team projects.
•Set the CI/CD quality gating strategy by proactively surfacing quality problems before they reach production.
•Drive alignment across Native Infra, Cross Platform, and DevX to consolidate fragmented mobile workflows into one cohesive system.
•Codify mobile testing standards and build shared quality signals, triage workflows, and monitoring for mobile development and testing.

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise in at least one mobile platform: iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin), with working knowledge of the other and cross-platform experience.
•Hands-on experience with React Native (or a comparable cross-platform mobile framework) used in production at meaningful scale.
•Experience building or significantly shaping a mobile test automation framework (synthetic, integration, or E2E) with evidence other teams adopted it.
•Background defining quality gating strategy and improving CI/CD pipelines, including mobile build systems and device farm integration.
•Track record scoping and delivering complex, cross-team technical projects across multiple stakeholders.
