Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to drive efficient store operations.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Champion visual standards for the sales floor using business performance data and coordinate labor hours for receiving product deliveries.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and partner with the General Manager to manage budget, reporting, and metrics (e.g., expenses, sell-thru) and planning workflows.
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, continuous coaching, scheduling, and recruitment/succession planning; oversee Flow experience deliverables.

Key Requirements
