Job Summary

Serve customers by working as both a truck driver and an operations specialist based on seasonal needs. In the CHS Grain team, you’ll load and unload grain and feed products, perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, and help monitor grain quality and prepare fertilizer/chemical loads. Maintain equipment readiness, ensure safe deliveries, and follow regulations such as hours of service while building safe, dependable operations in the Minot community.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading; load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
•Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks; perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
•Monitor and maintain inventory quality and grain quality; mix/load fertilizer/chemical products and assist with loading trains.
•Deliver products safely and professionally, ensuring compliance with regulations including hours of service and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
•Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
•Must meet minimum age requirement.

•Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
