Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct time and motion studies to develop and implement practices for efficient use of production staff.
  • •Use Lean and Six Sigma to improve operational efficiency, reduce cycle time, and eliminate waste across processes.
  • •Review product design, engineering drawings, and specifications to define efficient manufacturing sequences and tooling/equipment/resource requirements.
  • •Oversee NPI transitions and advanced manufacturing technology delivery from design conceptualization through initial production ramp-up.
