Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep the factory running with the highest possible output and minimal technical disruptions.
  • •Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting team and help them develop to a higher level.
  • •Train and educate team members on technical maintenance work.
  • •Guide team members when troubleshooting and performing (de)montage, repairs, revisions, and machine conversions.
  • •Collaborate within the technical department (~20 people in a 3-shift system) and report to the head of technical service.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical education at MBO4 level, preferably in Technicus Engineering.
  • •Or comparable work-and-thinking level built through experience.
  • •At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • •Technical experience in a production environment, enabling you to communicate effectively with mechanics, operators, and production foremen.
  • •Experience with Ultimo (or another maintenance program), and willingness to work in 2-shift service and in construction (bouwvak).
