Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children in their homes, clinics, or schools. Follow BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans, collect and record client progress and behaviors, and participate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and required training. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–3:30PM, earning $24–$26 per hour with mileage reimbursement, paid time off and sick time, and health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
