Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor alarms, video surveillance, access control, and life-safety systems to maintain constant situational awareness across Archer sites.
  • •Dispatch and coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, and assistance requests, making timely decisions without needing permission for routine calls.
  • •Serve as the standard-setter and go-to resource for operators by providing guidance and escalation support while remaining an individual contributor.
  • •Conduct protective intelligence and OSINT risk monitoring by watching social media, news, online forums, and other open sources for threats to personnel, facilities, operations, and brand.
  • •Produce written intelligence products (incident logs, spot reports, shift summaries, intelligence briefs) and support travel risk monitoring and executive protection intelligence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40.24 - 50.28

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in a GSOC/security operations center, dispatch/monitoring environment, and/or intelligence analysis/OSINT in a related security, military, or law enforcement role, including senior/lead operator experience.
  • •Proven ability to make sound, independent decisions and act without waiting for permission during incidents.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring security systems, including alerting/alarm thresholds, camera/video (VMS) systems, and access control.
  • •Experience authoring SOPs, protocols, and workflows that other operators follow, plus the ability to set standards and mentor while remaining an individual contributor.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication for logs, reports, and intelligence products, with discretion handling sensitive information and comfort working across multiple security/technology platforms.
