Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key leader in the monthly close process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial results.
  • •Review and oversee balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accounts are properly supported, reviewed, and resolved.
  • •Oversee NetSuite ERP user access, including periodic access reviews and audit support.
  • •Ensure financial data flowing between systems is complete, accurate, and properly governed.
  • •Support internal controls, audits, and the development/standardization of accounting policies, procedures, and close processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-entity environment.
  • •Strong experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • •Solid technical accounting foundation with the ability to interpret and apply accounting standards.
  • •ERP experience required; NetSuite and SAP experience strongly preferred.
