Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Planning Manager in developing top-down merchandise financial plans for the Direct-to-Consumer channel.
  • •Analyze store plans and provide feedback to the marketplace team during monthly, seasonal, and yearly planning processes.
  • •Run rolling forecasts and build seasonal open-to-buy plans across multiple time frames based on sales mix, markdown, and sell-through assumptions.
  • •Develop seasonal product flow plans and identify weekly MTG/YTG forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Recommend and review markdown/promotional opportunities, align markdown and pricing across channels, and conduct regular business reviews using analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills.
  • •Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data, identify implications, and recommend required actions.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills to identify actions and make decisions to resolve issues.
  • •Retail knowledge and the ability to organize and plan work to deliver results to established processes and timelines.
  • •Fluent in English in a business environment; strong communication skills and teamwork across cross-functional partners.
