Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards and stockroom standards and processes to support a safe work environment.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor, resolve client needs quickly, and leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly in and around all areas of the store, including sales floor and back of house.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds, and safely lift/bend/kneel/climb/crawl and climb up/down a ladder.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
